South Coast Business is proud to have received an award from Wild Rivers Coast Alliance, a grant making arm of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, in the amount of $30,000 to support the additional demands on the Senior Meals on Wheels Program for Coos and Curry counties as a result of the novel coronavirus. All net proceeds from Bandon Preserve at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort are dedicate to the grant making of wild Rivers Coast Alliance to support a thriving South Coast of Oregon through conservation, community, and economic development projects. During the pandemic South Coast Business has been provisioning approximately 19,000 senior meals/month and this most recent award will fund 6,000 meals. This is the second award received from WRCA. The first award was $25,000 received in October 2020 and funded 5,000 meals.
